Don't be looking for a wedding registry just yet, folks.

Speculation has been swirling that Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo might be planning a trip down the aisle ever since Sparks posted some pretty enthusiastic tweets on Thursday.

Among them?

"Yes I'm excited for my babe to perform but that's not why I'm FREAKING OUT!" and "*JUMPS ON BED & SCREAMS!!!* (sorry to the people in the room under me)."

However, a source close to Derulo tells E! News, "They are not engaged at all."

So while it still remains unclear what Sparks was "freaking out" about earlier in the day, we do know that the "perform" part of her tweet was in reference to the private concert Derulo gave in New York City as part of the iHeartRadio Live Coca-Cola Summer Concert Series on Thursday night.

E! News caught up with Derulo following his performance, which featured songs from his upcoming album.

"It's something I spent a very long time on. I did this album during a trying time in my life because I came off a near-death experience," said Derulo, referring to the fractured neck he suffered in January 2012. "I've been working on it for a year now and it was during my recovery process that I made this album."

And while Derulo said the album has an "undertone of my injury," he was quick to point out that it also includes "super lovey-dovey and fun tracks" as well.

One of those "fun tracks" is called "Talk Dirty to Me." And in the exclusive clip above, you can watch Derulo as he performed the never-before-heard song on Thursday night, much to the delight of his fans!

When asked if any other artists will be featured on the album, the "Ridin' Solo" singer replied, "I can't mention all of them, but I have a bunch, and, yes, Jordin is on this album and we sing a song together."

Derulo's album is scheduled to drop this September.
