Breckin Meyer has just listed his Beverly Hills home for $2.995 Million after nearly decade of dwelling in the posh digs. The Franklin & Bash star stands to make a profit on the 4,888 square foot home which includes five bedrooms and six baths, as he purchased it for $1.875.
The spacious pad, built in 1936, also features a screening room, a office and large private pool with a wine-covered pergola. The master bedroom comes with a rooftop terrace, walk-in closet and enormous bath.
In October 2012, Meyer and Deborah Kaplan called it quits after 11 years of marriage. Wonder if Meyer and Kaplan's new, separate homes will also be located in the prestigious zip code?
