Tonight's episode of American Idol had some good news and some bad news.
The bad news was someone got sent home. The good news, however, was that Mariah Carey premiered the new music video for her latest single, "Beautiful," featuring Miguel—and it was all we could've asked for.
Granted, the song's lyrics called for Carey to be dressed in sexy attire, but we all know that, even if the track had been about farm animals, Mariah would have found a reason to strut her stuff in Daisy Dukes and stillettos.
Though there is a barn-type building involved...
Keeping up with tradition, Mariah is featured in two skimpy outfits: a black cut-out crop top with booty shorts and a neon-yellow slip dress. And, overall, she is up to three things: She's either riding into the sunset on the back of Miguel's motorcycle, posing on the bike while it's parked, or seductively dancing around a barn-like garage that for whatever reason boasts an excess of crystal chandeliers.
Oh, and throughout it all, Miguel is telling her, with his amazing voice, how beautiful she is.
He even took his admiration to Twitter, writing, "MC kills in that dress though."
