Arrow star Stephen Amell posted an update on Facebook about the anxiously awaited Fifty Shades of Grey adaptation that made a light bulb go off—he could be our leading man!

And here's why...

In one of many video posts, Amell (and his piercing blue eyes) tells fans, "I get questions about Christian Grey all the time. That project is a long way off. I know this, because I had a meeting about it. Long way off. I mean, not that long, but not close. I wouldn't call it long, but I wouldn't call it close."

There was a meeting!

So if Amell does become the Mr. Grey, who would play opposite him as Anastasia Steele? We know Emma Watson is out, but there are a couple other Hollywood ladies that could fit the part.
