In his upcoming yuk-fest Meet the Parents, Ben Stiller stars as a guy who goes to meet his future in-laws and makes an ass of himself.

We're hoping things went a little better for him in real life this past weekend when he tied the knot with fiancée Christine Taylor in Hawaii.

Stiller's publicist confirms the 34-year-old actor-director exchanged vows with the 28-year-old actress Saturday in an oceanfront ceremony on Kauai.

Stiller and Taylor began dating last year after meeting on the set of Heat, Vision and Jack, a TV pilot Stiller is developing for Fox. Stiller popped the question in November, sealing the marriage deal with a roomful of roses and candles. (All together: Awww.)

Stiller's almost done the marriage thing before. He reportedly was engaged to another actress, The Firm's Jeanne Tripplehorn, last year. Other former squeezes include comedy compatriot Janeane Garofalo, with whom he coauthored the faux self-help book Feel This Book. Taylor broke off her engagement to director Jason Bloom (who directed her in 1998's Overnight Delivery) before hooking up with Stiller.

Stiller has a good model on how to make a Hollywood marriage work. His parents--The King of Queens' Jerry Stiller and character actress Anne Meara--have stayed together for 45 years.

The younger Stiller, who went big box office in 1998's There's Something About Mary, most recently appeared onscreen in the religious comedy Keeping the Faith.

Taylor is best known for doing a really good Marcia Brady in 1995's ode to the beloved sitcom clan, The Brady Bunch Movie, and its 1996 sequel, A Very Brady Sequel. She also costarred in the Adam Sandler-Drew Barrymore comedy The Wedding Singer (1998).
