Watch: Is Hillary Scott a Bieber Fan?

Thankfully, Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott took her 12-year-old sister to a Justin Bieber concert back in December.

Because it certainly went better than his recent London snafu.

"That was her Christmas present from Santa," Scott told me while she, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood filmed the music video for their latest hit, "Downtown," in Los Angeles' Los Feliz neighborhood. "The girls in the audience are so loud. Their screams are almost louder than his vocals."

"She got her photo with him backstage, which she was over the moon about," she continued. "I really scored some major points."

Scott joked, "He had a lot of swagger."

"Downtown" is the first single off of Lady A's upcoming new album, Golden (out May 7). Miranda Lambert was planning on recording it, but handed it to the trio when she heard they were also interested in it.

"We owe her a lot," Scott says. "It just shows our genre, we just support each other and love each other so much in the country music world and that's proof."

Reaction to the song has been explosive. "This is actually the biggest response to a singe we've had," Kelley said. "Right our of the gate, it was the most stations that jumped on it early that we've ever had."

A new album certainly isn't the only exciting thing coming up for the group. As fans already know, Scott is pregnant with her and her drummer hubby Chris Tyrrell's first baby.

Scott's most decadent craving?

"There was one night where I looked at my husband and I was like, 'We really have to go to the grocery store because I need a Pop-Tart right now," she said. "That's really one of the only cravings I've had, that and sleeping. That's been my biggest craving for sure—naps!"

Don't be surprised to hear that more Lady A babies are on the way. "I'm sure we'll be soon to follow suit," Haywood said, adding, "We'll get good practice out on the road changing diapers."
