Chris Brown did have a rough day. Not Jesus-on-the-cross bad, but thought-provoking all the same.

"Im wise I can handle the hate but enough is enough yo!!" the 23-year-old singer wrote in a screengrab posted to his now-private Instagram account, which he turned into a by-request-only affair after his latest misunderstanding with Frank Ocean.

"Yes it bothers me but its not my main focus! My music is..." he continued. While Brown never pinpoints what it is, earlier today the L.A. District Attorney's Office filed a motion to revoke his probation from his 2009 assault case, claiming there was evidence that he had falsified his community service records from Virginia.

The motion also listed a few of the scrapes Brown has been into since copping to beating on Rihanna, including his chair-throwing episode at Good Morning America.

"Im a human being and I honestly think I deserve respect im sick of being accused," his Insta-vent continued. "Im Tired yall just dont understand Ive been going through this shit since I was 19 years old..you cant sit here and tell me to calm down, when am I gonna get a positive outcome out of anything I do?"

"Just when everything seems to be going good, some new shit happens," Brown further laments. "A day in my shoes is a day in hell, believe it or not!"

Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, blasted the district attorney's accusations, calling them "scurrilous, libelous and defamatory."
