Charlie Sheen is passing on those prized warlock genes!

The Anger Management star spilled the beans that he's going to be a grandfather, revealing that his 28-year-old daughter, Cassandra Estevez, is pregnant.

The 47-year-old star shared the happy news to David Letterman Monday night on The Late Show after the host needled him about 'fessing up to a big development in his life.

"You are going to be, in the next several months...fill in the blanks," Letterman teased. "You are going to be a..."

"Grandfather," replied the smiling star, who also candidly admitted that while "it's fabulous," being a grandpa is also "not a title I'm ready to adopt."

Well, bonus points for honesty there, Charlie.

At least the actor sees some perks to his new role: When Letterman asked whether Sheen would be a "good grandfather," the actor quipped, "Yeah, because you can leave the kid!"

(Sheen also opened up to Letterman about his thoughts on Two and Half Men, saying that he "would like to appear in their final episode" despite his trainwreck exit from the show. Bygones, yes?)

Cassandra is Sheen's daughter with his high-school girlfriend Paula Speert, and in 2010, the actor walked a beaming Cassandra down the aisle when she married beau Casey Huffman in Santa Barbara.

Congrats to the proud (and still ever-so-youthful) gramps-to-be!
