Two weeks after he was busted for allegedly assaulting then-fiancée and-now wife Hope Solo, that domestic violence incident has now landed Jerramy Stevens in trouble with Florida's Finest.

The ex-Seattle Seahawk was taken into custody Wednesday in Tampa for purportedly violating his probation earned from a prior arrest for marijuana possession, E! News confirms.

The Florida Department of Corrections notified the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office that the violation resulted from the physical altercation the 33-year-old Stevens got into on Nov. 12 at a late night party in Kirkland, Wash.

Police say the former pro-footballer's outburst involved eight people including his soccer star fiancée who allegedly sustained a laceration to her elbow. He was subsequently collared on charges of assault in the fourth degree domestic violence and spent the night in jail. Stevens and Solo reportedly tied the knot a day later.

As a consequence of that transgression, Florida authorities decided to issue a warrant for his arrest and Stevens was picked up this morning.

The ex-NFL star is currently in lockup awaiting an appearance before a judge. A bond has not yet been set.

Stevens has been on probation for a previous drug possession charge from October 2010 when he was nabbed after cops found a baggie of pot in his equipment bag when he was playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Solo took to Twitter to comment on the inevitable slams Stevens' arrest was met with online.

"I feel bad for all the ignorance in the world," she wrote this afternoon. "People are so quick to judge. The media spins stories in such dramatic fashion. I will Continue to show love, and never make judgements.I am blessed w True Love & the beautiful game of soccer.I wish everybody the same happiness."

She also posted a fan's comment, with thanks: "'@JayhawkJosh86: don't forget about the fans/people who admire your strength & perseverance & never judge u.Tons of love for u.' True Fans!" Solo added: "Needing my True fans tonight! Its not often i get to play in the beautiful NW! Show your love tonight my friends!Thank you for your support!"

The two-time Olympic gold medalist also spoke out for the first time yesterday about the alleged assault that occurred on the eve of their nuptials.

"My life is great. My life is happy," Hope told Larry Brown Sports after a training session.

She also lashed out at the press, though without specifying a reason.

"It's unfortunate what the media can do to really judge before the facts are out there. It's hard to see, but it's a hard truth and it's part of life," Solo said. "I'm happy. I'm happily married. We never stand for domestic violence. I've never been hit in my life. It's unfortunate, and that's what the media can do."
