Watch out, Rachel Berry!

It sounds like Lea Michele's Glee alter ego is in for some major head-butting with the show's newest guest star Kate Hudson.

Jane Lynch is spilling on Hudson 's highly-anticipated role as Michele's meanie NYC dance instructor.

"I hear she's doing just great and I read the scripts and they're hilarious," Lynch told us at Comedy Central Roast of Roseanne Barr in Hollywood . "She's mean and petty and yet there's a heart there too. She's really good."

Lynch added, "She gives Rachel a really hard time."

Lynch, who hosted Barr's big roast, said she'd love for the outspoken comedienne to make a guest spot on the show. "I would love it if she were on Glee," Lynch laughed. "I want to [be] bosom buddies with her."

So what does Barr think of the idea?

"Of course, I love Glee," Barr said, adding with a laugh, "I'm ready to become a lesbian to get on there!"

Meanwhile, Lynch also dished on what's in store of Sue Sylvester and her new baby in season four of Glee.

"Momentarily I'm nice," she said. "I've just given birth to a beautiful baby girl who has Down syndrome and her name is Robin. Which to say hearkens thoughts of spring and new beginnings and her favorite Bee Gee."
