By the time Justin Bieber's highly anticipated new album Believe was released last week, several tracks had already made their way onto the Internet via a variety of leaks.

But what effect did hearing the pop sensation's collaborations with the likes of Nicki Minaj and Drake prematurely have on album sales?

Well, the 18-year-old singer can rest easy because Believe not only debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, but with 374,000 copies sold, it is also the biggest debut so far this year, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The number surpasses the 359,000 copies that Madonna's MDNA sold when it was released back in March.

What's more, Believe is now his fourth No. 1 album!

Dating Selena Gomez and topping the charts? Yep. It's good to be the Biebs.
