Wow, even Adele's interviews are soulful.

Best-selling British songstress is letting it all out in an interview with British Vogue. The Grammy winner graces the mag's October 2011 cover and isn't holding back when it comes to revealing she still gets pre-show jitters, isn't swayed by Hollywood's obsession with being skinny, and is just fine being single.

Oh, and if she has kids, she wants five boys!

With her second album 21 on its way to becoming the best-selling and most acclaimed of 2011, the "Rolling In The Deep" singer ought to be feeling confident before hitting the stage, right? Yet, the soulful singer tells the mag: "I puke quite a lot before going on stage." Although, she thankfully clarifies, "but never actually on stage."

The Grammy winner further explains: "I s--t myself before everything...The bigger the freak-out, the more I enjoy the show!"

Adele also revealed her feelings on being Hollywood thin. The curvaceous singer confesses: "I've seen people where it rules their lives, who want to be thinner or have bigger boobs, and how it wears them down...And I don't want that in my life...I have [body] insecurities, of course, but I don't hang out with anyone who points them out to me."

Speaking of hanging out, the "Someone Like You" singer also talked being single: "I do get massively distracted when I've got someone in my life, which I can't afford to do right now...besides, no one treats me as well as I do."

However, when Adele does find that someone who treats her well, she admits: "If I have children, I want five boys. Boys love their mothers whereas girls can be so mean to each other."

The October issue of British Vogue hits stands Thursday.
